Housed in the century-old Alhambra building in the historic district of Redwood City, Calif., Martins West Pub serves an innovative seasonal cuisine inspired by authentic British fare and the best of Northern California’s natural bounty. Executive Chef Michael Dotson’s menu includes dishes such as house-made black pudding and fish and chips that are sustainably and locally sourced when possible. Martins West is marked by a distinctive sense of hospitality, in the style of Martin Irons, the owner of the original Martins in Edinburgh, Scotland.
