Martins West is both a pub and a restaurant; owned and operated by husband and wife team in Redwood City since 2009. An homage to seasonal fare, we are passionate about giving our guests the best possible experience and best local ingredients that we can find. We make everything on our menus, in house, from scratch and only use the finest produce and meats that our local farmers have to offer. Executive Chef Michael Dotson and Chef de Cuisine Carlos Olvera have developed a network of purveyors that supply the restaurant with hand selected and sustainably raised fish, seafood, produce and meats. Our dishes are inspired by European techniques and California ingredients, with an influence from rustic Scottish traditions.
The menu utilizes pristine product prepared to showcase the local farms. It is prepared carefully using both old world and modern techniques, but is presented simply and free of adornment.

The extensive beer, wine and cocktail menu developed by Owner Moira Beveridge features top quality craft spirits made from people who share our beliefs in serving only the best. We go to great lengths to serve innovative seasonal & handcrafted cocktails, and we make our own cocktail ingredients in house. Our craft and international beer menu lists over 80 beers from ales, to lagers and stouts as well as a full section of seasonal and cellar ales. The eclectic and thorough wine list is designed around the casual but refined cuisine and highlights both European and Sonoma County wines.
